When I worked, I discovered this farm 45 minutes out in the country and would visit it constantly. The panoramic composition of the field and barn was perfect and I took similar photographs in many different conditions. There is a brief period in the spring when Thunderstorms roll through almost every evening. One day I arrived to be presented with this storm front bathed in the glow of the setting sun. I had only a few moments to jump from the car and take as many photos as I could before the light changed. Fortunately, this shot captured all of the drama taking place that evening.
